The October Half Term is the perfect time for students to make focused progress, revise key topics, and build confidence ahead of the next school term or upcoming exams.
My Half Term Intensive Courses are designed to deliver targeted, high-impact tuition in small online groups. Each course runs daily for one hour across five consecutive days, helping students strengthen knowledge, practise exam skills, and develop independent learning strategies.

9:00am – 10:00am
11+ and Year 6 – Creative Writing, Vocabulary, and SPaG
Boost creative writing skills with daily focused sessions covering:
✏️ Story structure and composition
🧠 Vocabulary development and advanced sentence techniques
🔤 Spelling, punctuation, and grammar for precision and flair
Perfect for Year 6 pupils preparing for SATs or the 11+ English papers.
10:15am – 11:15am
11+ – Verbal Reasoning
Sharpen reasoning and comprehension skills through:
🧩 Word meanings, synonyms, and antonyms
📖 Logic-based language patterns
🧠 Timed practice and rapid recall strategies
Ideal for students preparing for GL Assessment, CEM, QUEST, or Future Stories exam boards.
11:30am – 12:30pm
11+ – Non-Verbal Reasoning
Develop problem-solving and spatial reasoning skills through:

⏱️ Exam-style timed questions and strategy coaching
Excellent preparation for all major 11+ Non-Verbal Reasoning tests.

11+ and Year 6 – Maths

A great choice for children working towards 11+ Maths exams or consolidating KS2 SATs knowledge.

GCSE Maths (Years 10 & 11)

Ideal for students preparing for the 2026 GCSE Maths exams.
